- Launcher logs. This is the location of the launcher logs: Star Wars - The Old Republic\logs
- Client logs. This is the location the client logs: Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient\swtor\logs
- What AV and firewall are you using? Was a clean boot tested?
- Are you using Steam or the website launcher?
