Rank 1 mounts and vehicles travel at 90% speed, Rank 2 at 100%, Rank 3 at 110%, and Adaptive mounts and vehicles will be 90%, 100%, or 110%, depending on your Speeder Piloting Level. As of Game Update 3.2, nearly all mounts/vehicles were converted to Adaptive.
