Season 5 Weapon Models

Things of Note

• The Season 5 weapon models are missing attachments. This is noticeable on the barrel of the rifle and sniper rifle.
• Added a Stronghold Edit Mode keybinding. This defaults to CTRL + E.
• Diagnostic Scan now correctly scales to 60 rather than capping at level 18.
• Fixed several decoration sources.
