One of my guild members made in-game tickets and posts in this thread with information. He followed your latest instructions and submitted another in-game ticket asking where to send the logs and was told that they are not needed as "a developer has already updated the thread" and then ticket was closed
While writing this the same guild member and another in my group have both crashed to desktop while standing on Imp Fleet in between matches
I'm not entirely sure which of the players in the thread you are referencing, so just to be safe, can you please ask your Guild member to PM me the log info, I'll be sure to get that over to the team.
I'll also follow up with the Support team to clear up any confusion about this process. Please let me know if there are any other issues you or any players experience regarding submitting this info to Support.
