Hey folks,

I am going to close this thread down as it has started having discussions around chargebacks. I want to address this specific topic. In this instance, if a chargeback is issued against us, know that your entire Electronic Arts account (including your SWTOR account) will be banned. Do not advise players to issue a chargeback. If you believe you have an issue related to purchasing, please contact customer support.

Also, since the OP mentioned an issue related to CS. If you feel you have been mistreated, or you have an issue with a Customer Support Rep you have two options:
  • Call Customer Support and request to speak with a supervisor
  • You may reach out to the community team with details: communitysupport@swtor.com.
Thanks.
