Good question! Answer in two parts:
  1. A new patch being pushed onto an offline PTS doesn't necessarily mean it will come back online. A new patch is a part of our testing process. The update we pushed yesterday didn't pass QA and so another update will go onto PTS before it comes online.
  2. We are still trying to get PTS online this week, current timeline looks like Friday. There is always a risk that it slips to next week but I will let you know Friday.
