The issue you encounter in the Bonus Chapter: Shroud of Memory is a known issue:

The cinematic at the "Speak to the Shroud" step in the Bonus Chapter: Shroud of Memory is not triggering, preventing players from progressing in the Chapter.

Our team is aware of the issue and working on it. I'll update you in this main thread when I know more: UG: Shroud of Memory (6.2) [T#38271755]

Galactic Season 11 “Light and Shadow”
Galactic Season 11 “Light and Shadow” will begin August 18th and will operate similarly to Season 10. Rewards from Seasons 2 and 4 will be making their return including their respective companions, Fen Zeil and Amity. New rewards will also be added to the GS11 including customizations for both companions, a new armor, companion compatible mounts, titles, and Stronghold labels.
Cartel Market Offerings
A new Accessories tab has been added to Categories in the Cartel Market! All current accessory items will be moved to this category.
The following new accessories will be added at 7.9.1 launch:
New Primary Oiled Bronze dyes will also be added to the Cartel Market!
