As many of you have guessed, we have identified that the cause of the ongoing patching issues for some EU-based user are ISP related, and you will need to contact your ISP and let them know that download requests to cdn-patch.swtor.com are being routed to invalid download (edge) servers.
We will continue investigating to find any potential workarounds (but please don't change your host file). Once we have a proven workaround, we will post it here.
