The response time could differ depending on what your claim is. The type of issue being reported and the volume of queries the team has received can impact the response time. Please also note that choosing the correct category (bug or customer service) can also impact response time. Bug reports should be reported using /bug in-game to ensure that the inquiry goes to the appropriate team.

We will be locking this thread because this topic can potentially lead to open discussion of personal accounts and/or details of said accounts and that is not permitted on the forums.

#2 Issues with logging in

Hi everyone,

A patch of the game was made available when it was not ready to be deployed. This has caused players who use the game launcher to not be able to log into the game. Steam and Bitraider players are not affected by this issue. This will only impact users who tried to log-in in the last few hours.

We have issued a fix that will now automatically deploy the correct version of the game. For anyone who was in the "unable to login" state, logging into the launcher will automatically begin a redownload of the game.

Cant queue GSF & PVP at same time on sub lvl 75

I dont know if this was a by product of the merged brackets or intentional. But with the release of Galactic Seasons, not being able to queue for both GSF and pvp at the same time is terrible.
Sometimes only one is popping at low volume times of the day and the other isnt. This really is a big problem already for lowbie pvp, making it so we cant queue GSF and pvp while waiting for pops is only making it worse.

Thanks thaallion for the additional information.

Seems like this bug happens when players are logged in a low-level character when the weekly reset happens. To prevent that, you need to make sure that you're not logged in a character below level 10 during the reset.

As previously mentioned, our team is looking into it. In the meantime, you should be able to get a correct PO by rerolling on a high-level character.
