I do, however, want to remind people to post bugs in the Bug Report forums. This is the best place to report bugs, and also includes the Known Issues list and other bug-related resources.

There have been a number of Crafting bugs reported on their already, so make sure to look and see if a thread has been created before posting your bug - each thread is effectively a new bug that needs to be researched, so multiple threads about the same thing slow stuff down.

Even though we had to cancel the maintenance window earlier today, we are still going to work to get 4.1a released sometime today. We have identified the issues with the patch and are going to have QA take a look and make sure they have been resolved. Once they have signed off, we will get the 4.1a show on the road.

I currently don't have any timing available, but I expect it to hit in the next few hours. I will post in this thread and edit this post once I have the exact times.

In this instance, if a chargeback is issued against us, know that your entire Electronic Arts account (including your SWTOR account) will be banned. Do not advise players to issue a chargeback. Also, since the OP mentioned an issue related to CS. If you feel you have been mistreated, or you have an issue with a Customer Support Rep you have two options:
  • Call Customer Support and request to speak with a supervisor

The aforementioned bug fix patch has been brought in to tomorrow to address this and some other critical issues. I will have more information on what is being fixed and timing later today.
