As mentioned in the Galactic Seasons article as the season progresses, a catch-up system will unlock, allowing players to spend in-game credits to catch up on season levels meaning that the Catch Up feature is not yet active. We intend on enabling this mechanic in 30 days to give players a chance to fully experience Galactic Seasons.

Earlier today we launch Game Update 6.3 'The Dark Descent'! In it we added a new Flashpoint called Secret of the Enclave, the first Galactic Season, and started Ranked PvP Season 14.

In this article you can find a summary for all of those aspects of the update, as well as links to more in-depth information resources.

I've seen a few people ask, but we don't have any plans on adding new music to our YouTube channel that is centered around Game Update 6.3 (yet). The team is still discussing that and if anything is uploaded, I will create a new forum thread to notify everyone here in the Forums!

We're aware of an issue that a small number of players are experiencing in Galactic Seasons. If players, in quick succession, attempt to make purchases more than once, the system will drain the account twice. As a result, players will only receive a partial refund of their Cartel Coins. To avoid this issue, please do not press the purchase button rapidly. We are working on a fix for this, and all impacted players will have their Cartel Coins restored. We will update this thread when we have more information.

We have an update regarding the Sienar Drexl Mount.

As it is a broken mount and it was not intended for players to obtain it, we will be removing the Sienar Drexl Mount from the game when Game Update 6.3 launches. We will, however, be compensating players who had this mount with adding 400 Cartel Coins to their accounts. There is no need to contact the Support Team for this. Please note that this grant could take a few hours after Game Update 6.3 is live.

We have an update regarding this bug when your character is auto-targeting the NPC Alliance Fighters in "Chapter VIII - End Times" of Knights of the Eternal Throne.

This bug will be fixed with tomorrow's maintenance: Game Update 6.3. I'll update you in this thread if something changes.
