Alright folks,

Customer support has the correct information in hand and is beginning to work again on tickets for Conquests. Please read the following on your current status and what to do next:
  • I submitted a ticket but have not received a response yet - Hold tight, you do NOT need to submit another ticket. The team will get to your ticket as soon as they can.
  • My ticket was handled but I believe the action that was taken was not correct - Please submit a new ticket. Include your old ticket information along with what you feel was incorrect.
