- I submitted a ticket but have not received a response yet - Hold tight, you do NOT need to submit another ticket. The team will get to your ticket as soon as they can.
- My ticket was handled but I believe the action that was taken was not correct - Please submit a new ticket. Include your old ticket information along with what you feel was incorrect.
