Summon Random Mounts and Pets in KOTFE!

Two legacy unlocks have been added, one for summoning a random mount and one for summoning a random pet. Details on the requirements to unlock them are still unclear.

Both summon a random mount / pet unlocked on your current character. Both of these abilities should act the same way as current pet / mount summoning. The icon is still a placeholder.

Because this is so short here's a random picture of a WIP womp rat mount.
