Game Update 5.5 Scroll Wheel Notes

Just a heads up on some issues that we have related to the UI and the mouse scroll-wheel in GU 5.5:
  • There is a new user interface for the server select screen which only displays five servers. If you do not see your server listed, you can scroll with the mouse wheel to see the rest of the list.
  • You can now use the mouse wheel to scroll through pages on the Cartel Market and in Collection. However, there is currently an issue where if either one is open, that window always takes priority for scrolling. Ex: If you have the CM or Collections open and you preview an item. If you mouse wheel up to zoom in the preview window, it will instead skip forward a page in the CM or Collection. You will need to close that window for the scroll wheel to work in any other window.

This is one of the changes that is happening today with Game Update 5.5. We have adjusted the UI to only show 5 servers (which is what we will be moving to with United Forces). Until that happens on 11/8, you can simply just use your mouse scroll wheel to access all of the servers.

We will show you servers based on last used, number of characters, and server name. No need for panic, your stuff is still there .

Full patch notes will be going up in about 5 minutes.

It looks the website will be staying up throughout maintenance. I will leave the messaging as is though just in case the team needs to bring it down.

You can expect patch notes around the time maintenance is scheduled to conclude (12PM Central). I will post here if they go up earlier than that!

Correct, the daily areas are returning to their original values (75CXP) and we added a new CXP bonus perk. There is also a double event that will start tomorrow and run for one week.
