Thanks for the report regarding the bug with the Outfit Designer Customize Appearance buttons.
As mentioned in this thread: Customize Appearance box opens at incorrect place and is hardly readable, this bug is a known issue: (UPDATED) Game Update 6.2.1 - Known Issues. Our team is currently looking into it. I'll update you in the thread previously mentioned when I have more information.
I'm also closing this thread to avoid multiple threads concerning the same topic.
