The councillor welcomed you to Capitol Square with dire news: The Empire is preparing to activate the Ion Wall, an emergency weapon that will deactivate any weapons in the area, rendering the Republic helpless. Councillor Belos suggested that the Ion Wall be turned on the Legislature instead, crippling the Empire and giving you a head start for the fight inside.

In order to turn the Ion Wall on the Empire, you'll need to realign its emitters first. The emitters are hidden inside the bases of statues outside the Legislature in Capitol Square in the government district.
