7/10 - Warzone Playtest Session

Hey folks!

Let's get together for our first focused PTS playtest session. Here are the details:
  • When: Tuesday, 7/10 from 4PM PDT - 7PM PDT
  • What: Queue for regular (unranked) Warzones
  • Character: Any character level 10+, any spec, any Faction
Members of the dev team will be incognito playing matches all night as well. Be sure to record any and all feedback you have in the Warzone Changes and Matchmaking Changes threads. We look forward to seeing your feedback. If you can't make this session, don't worry. We will be planning more sessions for this coming weekend as well (pending PTS status).

Correct, there were a variety of issues occurring, most prominently was PvP queues. Both servers are once again available and the issues should now be resolved.

Hey folks,

We are going to perform server restarts on both Satele Shan and Star Forge which should address some of the issues you are experiencing. They will both go down in the next 15-20 minutes and we expect about 30-45 minutes of downtime.

The team is aware and looking into the issues with PvP queues on Satele Shan. We are going to see if we can address the issue ahead of our maintenance tomorrow. If we can't, it should be addressed with the restarts in the morning. I will let you know what I hear from the team.

  • The Voidstar Warzone doesn't start properly. You may need to exit the Warzone and requeue.
  • The Rishi Stronghold should be free for testing. Sometimes the price isn't showing as zero, if that happens you can still purchase it for free but you must meet the credit requirement.

There is a bug where it may require you to have the proper amount to purchase it, but it won't actually deduct the funds. Sometimes relaunching PTS will fix it.

Welcome to the PTS Bug Report forum! This forum exists for us to collect your bug reports and get visibility on any issues you discover. Please let us know of any issues you find in your adventures and be as detailed as possible.

Additionally, the /bug command in-game does work on PTS - you can alternatively submit bug reports that way.

Please refrain from posting about bugs that are "live" in these forums. If you find that a bug that you know is happening on the live servers, let us know in the non-PTS Bug Report forum. This forum is intended for "new bugs" only - things you find in new content on the PTS, or that has just started happening on PTS. Bugs that are on live servers may have their threads moved, closed, or removed.
