We will be restarting the servers between 5:30AM PDT and 7:30AM PDT (13:30 - 15:30 BST) tomorrow, September 8th.

There will not be a patch involved, but it the downtime will result in the "Shroud of Memory" Bonus Chapter being automatically granted to eligible Characters on log in.

I used GMT during BST last year, and there were a lot of folks asking me to use BST instead, so I swapped this year.

I actually prefer using GMT (because most people know what their GMT +/- is), but I've seen a notable decrease in people asking to use something else this year.

From our investigation the issue appears to be primarily affecting East Coast, US servers. Although everything is not completely stable yet, we are beginning to see recovery on those servers.

We will keep you updated as we get more information.
