First off, I want to apologize for the delay in response to this! I know that many of you were left in the dark on this issue and that is on me. With that being said, I did want to make sure I had answers before I came into the thread, and I do!

I poured through the thread and manually passed on many of your account names for investigation, with the goal of getting to the bottom of any issues that might be present. In doing so, we were able to discover exactly what happened and I can confirm that some of you were definitely missed in the 500 Cartel Coin promotion grant.

Our plan right now is to spend today isolating exactly which remaining accounts were eligible and qualified. Then starting tomorrow through Friday, we will begin granting coins to the remaining accounts. I will post tomorrow when the grants have begun.

Thank you all for your patience and for posting your information in this thread so that we could investigate the issue.

  • Spieler, die im Juli fr die Abonnement-Belohnung qualifiziert waren, erhalten ihre Abonnement-Belohnung fr Juli wie gehabt am 26. Juli.
  • Spieler, die als Abonnent am 2. Juli fr den frhzeitigen Zugang berechtigt sind, werden ab dem 9. August frhzeitigen Zugang zum neuen Kapitel haben.
  • Spieler, die am 29. Juli Abonnent sind, erhalten frhzeitigen Zugang zu Kapitel 16, wenn es am 9. August erscheint.

During our last Producer Livestream we announced that Chapter XVI: The Battle of Odessen would go live on July 28th (early access on the 26th); as of today we have decided to move the release to August 11th (early access on the 9th).   • Players who qualified for early access by being a Sub on July 1 will still have early access to the Chapter on August 9th
  • Players subscribed as of July 28th, will be granted access to Chapter XVI when it goes live on August 9th.

I wanted to let you know that later on today we will be introducing the Cartel Market version of the Dark Vs. Light packs, on sale for 250 Cartel Coins. These packs are very similar to the Dark Vs. Light event rewards, except for a few differences. Here is a comparison of each pack:

Dark Vs. Light Event Packs
  • Packs and items are Bind on Pickup
  • All items unlock in collections
  • Each pack contains one pack item and one misc. item
  • No chance cubes

Dark Vs. Light CM Packs
  • Packs and items are Bind on Equip (following normal lockout timer)
  • All items unlock in collections
  • Each pack contains one pack item, one grand chance cube, one companion gift, and Jawa Junk

There were a few different promotions! Not all of them were targeted specifically at new subscriptions, so it does sound like you would get the coins as well.

Similar to last time, this was a targeted promotion. If you saw the promo in your launcher and subscribed, you are eligible for it. As a reminder, always keep your eyes open for new promotions appearing in the launcher!

When will I receive the bonus coins?
If you were eligible and subscribed by the cutoff, the coins will be granted over the next few days. The hope is to have all of the coins granted today, but they should be granted in full by early next week.
