Good question TUXs! Right now we are looking at doing an "automatic" solution to get everyone their rewards. Don't sweat a CS ticket for now, I will let you know if that changes.

Hey there,

The functionality of the Master's Datacron is not the same as the Outlander token. If you use the Datacron, it is permanently attached to that character. Deleting that character will NOT refund the token.

Keep in mind that we try to avoid talking about exploits and action taken against players. However, I know there is a bit of concern about this exploit and its implications on the game so here is where things stand.

We have already begun taking action against players, but the brunt of those actions are still to come. As you might imagine, gathering all of the data to understand who exploited and what they did with the money, takes quite a bit of time. Know that over time we will be applying account actions, along with removing a large quantity of credits and other ill-gotten gains.

Part of what takes so long is that some players know they are doing something they shouldn't and so they try to hide it. Moving credits around, using alt accounts, etc. It is important to us that we take appropriate action against each individual, and we are extra harsh against those who try to hide what they have done. Similarly, some players who participated have already self-reported either to Keith and myself, or to Customer Support. We absolutely take that into account when looking at what action we will take.

And again my usual thanks to the absolute vast majority of our players who helped in reporting the issue quickly and avoided using it.

TLDR - Some action has already happened with the brunt of it still to follow.

Well, another round of Conquest rewards not delivering is certainly not what any of us want. We apologize for this, we know this is extremely frustrating that it seems to continue happening. A few notes:
  • If you have a ticket in for missed rewards (even if it is from a couple of weeks ago) don't worry, customer support will get to them. We have been working with them on getting those rewards out to everyone. They are not forgotten.
  • We have made a few changes to try to address Conquest rewards as a whole. Some systemic changes behind the scenes, moving the reset time, etc. It is clear they aren't solving the problem though and the team is digging into solutions. I will try to get more details on what might be happening and when.

There have been some questions about the bug related to Solo Ranked Missions in that they are not giving anything beyond CXP and Credits. There was actually two bugs related to PvP Missions, but more on that in a second.

As of 5.6.1 (coming live soon) Solo Ranked Missions will be rewarding Unassembled Components and crafting materials as intended. This was missed in the patch notes but I did verify that it is fixed in the patch. They still aren't giving out Season 9 tokens, but that will be addressed in the future.

The other bug present in the PvP Mission rewards is that instead of giving players one crafting lockbox which coincides with their Command Rank tier, they are instead getting one crafting lockbox from each of the four tiers. This will be fixed in a future update, but not 5.6.1.

Here are the changes you can expect AFTER 5.6.1 in a future update:
  • Daily and Weekly Missions will give one crafting lockbox as intended.
  • Solo Ranked Daily Missions will reward 40 Unassembled Components (up from 30) and will now grant 150 Ranked Season 9 Tokens as intended.
  • Solo Ranked Weekly Missions will now reward 250 Unassembled Components (up from 200), 1,000 Ranked Season 9 Tokens as intended, and as an added bonus; 3 Charged Matter Transubstantiators.
TLDR - Solo Ranked Missions are granting Unassembled Components and Crafting Materials as of 5.6.1 (I will get this added to the patch notes). More changes coming to Solo Ranked Missions in a future update, as listed above.
