Two questions for from the team: Have you started Chapter 1 of KOTFE yet? Which Customization are you not able to equip?

Hey!

Quick explanation. If you get the [Tactical] version of a Flashpoint but you want to do it solo, follow these steps:
  • Abandon the [Tactical] version of the Mission
  • Head to the physical location where you zone into that Flashpoint
  • Next to the entrance will be an NPC which will grant you the solo version

Character transfers are once again available. As a note, we will be repeating this 24 hour'ish closure of character transfers next Tuesday for the Fallen Empire launch.

As a follow-up to my last post. We were able to discover a billing / timing issue which was causing a small subset of users to not have Early Access, when they should have it. We have made adjustments and corrected the issue. If you feel you were supposed to have Early Access but didn't, please relog and see if you now have access.

If after that you still don't have access, but feel that you should, please contact CS. Thanks everyone!
