Things of Note

• Combat Medic four piece set bonus was reverted to and probably broken again.
• A test version of the Consumption changes was added. Noble sacrifice was renamed to Vindicate and Consumption to Consuming Darkness. New effects have been created for these abilities.
• Static Barriers new coefficiencts are effParam_StandardHealthPercentMax (min is the same) 0.157, up from 0.15 and effParam_HealingPowerCoefficient 3.15 up from 3.
• More items pics added to new cartel packs coming out.
