Ok so I can confirm that in 5.1.2 on 2/28 we will be reintroducing the vendor which sells the White Acute Module. It will work slightly different than last time in that instead of only suppressing bonus story XP, it will suppress all XP earned up to 2.5x (to cancel out the event bonus). Also, we are working to "bake it into the event" so that in the future anytime we run a bonus to XP, the vendor and module will be available as an option for those who don't want the bonus XP.

It is impossible to replace our Taiters!

As Tait mentioned, his responsibilities are only in part on the Community team so it isn't quite as simple as just hiring a new person for that role. In the short term, his Community team functions such as patch notes and maintenance messaging will go to me. Looking forward we will look at how to handle those responsibilities. Whether that means hiring someone new or shifting it to someone internally, we'll see.

One of the things I have heard reports of is that only some members of a group being invited, this can happen for a couple of reasons:
  • The account information provided had an error (typo, missing characters, etc)
  • A user did not qualify based on the existing criteria (current sub with no ToS violations in the last 12 months)
  • Some other issue happened in transit (random issue when granting access, etc)
If part of your team got in, but not everyone, please follow the original instructions and send their information to swtorsubmissions@swtor.com. We will be continuing to pull accounts from that email address for entry and so they can be invited into a future wave.

I know this can be disruptive to not have a full Op team on and we do our best to ensure all members are invited at once. Still, sometimes stragglers can be missed. Resubmit the information for the remaining members.

We looked into your report and you're correct that GSF is currently awarding 2x Requisition. We will turn up the dial in 5.1.2 to bring it in line with character experience at 2.5x.
