Thanks bstr413 for compiling this part:

• New companions/followers Bogstalker, Annihilator T4-1D, Iso 5, Rancor, the return of Torian Cadera, recruitment missions for Broonmark and Guss Tano.
• Companions' charge in Tank stance will now do more threat. They also fixed a few other companion skills for certain companion types. (Example: the tank's self-heal for dual saber companions wasn't damaging the opponent.)
• Bunch of changes for opponents within KotFE. Looks like bug fixes.
• New Legacy Title "Master of Mayhem" for completing all 10 fights of Eternal Championship (solo or with a group.)
• Gravestone map was changed. Looks like they changed and added some rooms.
• Darvannis Codex entry was changed from being under Scum and Villiany to being under KotFE. Might change how you get it now.
• You now get the decoration "Commemorative Statue of Kephess the Undying" from Explosive Conflict now, not TFB.
• There are 4 new speeders for Community Cantinas, indicating that they will probably have 4 Community Cantinas in 2016. (Only 3 have completed icons at this time.)
• Additionally, there is a poster decoration named "Propaganda: Victory Protocols - Activated" for the London Cantina. (It has the technical name of "dyn.stronghold.sign.posters.mrkt.celebration_2016")
• One of the upcoming subscriber rewards is a decoration: "Propaganda: Fight For The Meatbags."
• Companion weapons and Attuned weapons you get during KotFE can now use Weapon Tunings. Lots of other random weapons got Weapon Tunings, including the event weapons.
• In case you wanted to spend a longer time gifting companion gifts, they now ignore alacrity when you are giving the gift.
• Added new sounds for the level 65 PvE comm vendor and Token lightsabers. Looks like they were using the default sound before and now have a more unique sound.
• The Cartel Market hairstyles packs can be used on Cyborg, Chiss, Mirialan, Sith and Miraluka now as well as humans. The color packs can be used on Cyborgs now as well as humans.
• Added ""Legacy of Promptness I thru IV" which reduces the time taken to give gifts to companions by 20%. This reduction is cumulative with previous reductions to companion gift cast time.
• Added Legacy Cargo Hold / Item Mod Station unlocks for player ships.
