It will definitely be closer to the end of the day. The post is fairly long and most importantly it covers things we intend to change and when. It will take some time to gather, confirm, triple check, and get it all laid out. We're working on it though and will have it out as soon as possible.

We are looking into the Solo Ranked Mission rewards. It looks like the changes that we made to their rewards in Game Update 5.7 reverted and so they are not currently giving their intended reward. I will pass on more information as I have it.

To confirm, there is a bug that killing random NPCs will grant Conquest kill credit for the Gree bosses. This will be fixed in a future update.

Largely it is a legacy decision. It is pretty common when one NA timezone is used that it is Pacific. We have done it that way for quite a long while and so I feel like changing it to East or Central would just rock the boat unnecessarily.

It isn't so much about where we, or our servers are located, but acting as a common timezone to use for reference. Hope that makes sense.
