Hey folks,

Following on some of the back-end updates we made this morning, we need to perform a brief server restart. This restart will be happening shortly and will last until 4PM EDT (approximately 30 minutes).

I will post in this thread when the servers are live once again. This only affects east coast servers.

Hey there, never is way too long of a time! So, how about I include an update about class balance in the Roadmap or sooner if I have it available? We're still working on the details and then it'll go through the normal internal review cycles. Once we are all in agreement, we'll get the Roadmap posted up and then we can discuss the various upcoming changes.

The connection issues for The Red Eclipse should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing connection issues, wait 10 minutes and attempt to login again. Your connection issue may take some time to fully resolve.

There is currently a server issue with Harbinger which is causing a queue. We are looking to address it as soon as possible and I will pass on updates as I have them.
